    Here at Exacta translation agency, we know that every context has its own language, every culture its own means of expression and every assignment its own specific requirements.

    Language review

    Do you have a text in Swedish or some other language, but you’re not sure how good it is? Let us go through it to make any corrections and ensure its quality.

    Copy translation

    Do you need a translation that works harder for you? Our copywriters have mastered the art of converting consonants and vowels into messages that sell!

    Transcription

    If you have a recording of a speech, important meeting or other similar event captured as a video or audio file and need it transcribed, we can arrange this quickly and efficiently.

    Subtitling

    Subtitling requires great skill on the part of the translator. It’s all about conveying the essence of the soundtrack in a short space of time and with a minimum of words per caption. Yet the result still has to be comprehensible and easy to read – because viewers don’t get a second chance.

    Typesetting, layout and DTP

    When you get a brochure or other printed document translated, you will probably want the translation to have the same design as the original version. Is there a way to do this efficiently? Yes, of course!

    Authorised translation

    If you’re setting up a foreign subsidiary or involved in international litigation, you may need to submit a certified translation (as defined in the relevant jurisdiction) of your supporting documents. No problem! Where required, Exacta’s translations are provided by suitably accredited authorised translators who can certify and stamp your documents. 

    Express translation

    If your translation project is really, really urgent, our express translation service is the solution. You have a deadline – perhaps a business contract to be signed, a text to be published, a tender to be submitted – but without translation you’re sunk.

    Consulting services

    We can advise on and help with specialist tasks that don’t require translation, but still require linguistic and cultural expertise. This might be about checking that a brand name creates the right associations in different territories or picking key information out of a long text.

I have been working as a project manager at a translation agency since 1995. My main strengths as a project manager are probably my breadth, along with my attention to detail as a reviewer and proofreader. Backed up by my studies in technology, economics, environmental science and languages, coupled with the experience I have gained in all my years working in the translation industry, I know what factors need to be considered before starting a new project.
